INGREDIENT
4 tablespoon organic seasoning sauce -spicy
1 pound Organic sirloin steak
2 tablespoons peanut/vegetable or olive oil
1 large Organic sweet onion, cut into 1-inch squares
1 Organic red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
1 Organic yellow bell pepper, cut into 1- inch squares
1 Organic zucchini, halved and cut into rounds
3 Organic scallions cut into 1-inch strips
DIRECTION
⦁ Slice the steak across the grain into ¾-inch-thick slices.
⦁ In a large bowl, mix the steak and ¼ cup or 2 tablespoons of organic seasoning sauce –spicy with salt, massage and let it sit for 10 minutes.
⦁ Heat your saucepan until a drop of water sizzles on contact. Add 1 tablespoon of peanut oil/vegetable or olive oil and swirl to coat the pan. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned 2-3 minutes. Add an additional 1 tablespoon of oil, 2 tablespoons of organic seasoning sauce –spicy and onion continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes. If more oil is needed add more. Add all the vegetables. Bell peppers, zucchini, and scallions and stir to combine all for another 3 minutes, taste for extra salt. Add little more salt if needed and remove the saucepan from heat.
