Quick & Easy keto Spicy pepper steak with Swiiftty-Spice BBQ & Steak Rub

INGREDIENTS

Swiiftty-Spice BBQ & Steak Rub
1-pound Organic sirloin steak
2 tablespoons peanut/vegetable or olive oil
1 large Organic sweet onion, cut into 1-inch slices
1 Organic red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch slices
1 Organic yellow bell pepper, cut into 1- inch slices
1 Organic zucchini, halved and cut into rounds
3 Organic scallions cut into 1-inch slices
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice the steak across the grain into ¾-inch-thick slices.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the steak with a sprinkling of Swiiftty-Spice BBQ & Steak Rub with salt, massage, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3.  Heat your saucepan until a drop of water sizzles on contact. Add 1 tablespoon of peanut, vegetable, or olive oil and swirl to coat the pan. Add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, about 2 tablespoons of Swiiftty-Spice BBQ & Steak Rub, and onion, and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes. If more oil is needed, add more.
  4. Add all the vegetables. Bell peppers, zucchini, and scallions, and stir to combine all for another 3 minutes; taste for extra salt. Add a little more salt if needed and remove the saucepan from the heat.
  5. Serve with Cauliflower rice.
