INGREDIENTS
⦁ Organic Chicken breast half pound
⦁ ¼ cup or 4tbsp O.B.O seasoning sauce original or spicy
⦁ 1 long organic red pepper, sliced
⦁ ½ Organic onions sliced
⦁ 1 green Organic red pepper, sliced
⦁ 2 cloves Organic garlic, sliced
⦁ fresh Organic basil leaves
⦁ 4 tablespoons olive oil
⦁ 1 teaspoon soy sauce
⦁ Salt to taste
INSTRUCTION
⦁ Wash and cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces. Season with 2 tablespoon of O.B.O seasoning sauce, salt, soy sauce and let sit for 20 minutes.
⦁ Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet over med-high heat, add and stir the chicken for about 3 minutes on both sides until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
⦁ Heat the other 2 tablespoons oil in a pan over medium-high, stir in sliced onion, garlic, 2 tablespoon of O.B.O seasoning sauce stir to mix well for 1 minutes. Add the sliced peppers and sauté for 1-2 minutes before throwing the chicken back into the pan.
⦁ Add in the basil leaves and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes.
⦁ Serve and enjoy with rice or noodle
