INGREDIENTS
⦁ 1.5 lb Cod fillet pieces, 4-6 pieces
⦁ 4 tablespoons o.b.o organic seasoning sauce spicy
⦁ ¼ cup chopped fresh organic parsley leaves
⦁ 4 medium size fresh organic Roma tomatoes, diced
⦁ 3 tablespoon O.B.O seasoning sauce spicy
⦁ 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
⦁ 3 tablespoons chopped medium pitted black olives
⦁ 1 tablespoons minced organic garlic
⦁ Salt to taste
DIRECTION
⦁ Preheat oven to 400.f. Mix together pitted olive, tomatoes, 4tbsp O.B.O seasoning sauce, garlic and salt to taste in a shallow bowl and Set aside.
⦁ Spray oven-safe pan with nonstick olive oil cooking spray. Place the cod fillets in the pan spoon all combined ingredient over fish.
⦁ Bake in the heated oven until the fish flakes easily with a fork for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the heat and sprinkle chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
